Architect

We are looking for a Project Architect (person eligible for the RIAI Register of Architects) with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in all stages of the architectural service. The candidate should have design flair and have a sound knowledge of the Irish building and planning regulations. Experience with Healthcare, Residential and Commercial Projects is also required. Minimum of 1 year working at one of the Irish Architectural Practices with construction site experience. Good written & verbal communication skills. Candidate to work as assistant to a Senior Architect in preparation of Planning Applications, Tender packages and Site inspections. A candidate with a high level of competency in the preparation of Design, Presentation, Construction Drawings and Specification is sought.
