This exciting position will be especially suited for an ambitious, multi-tasker who loves to balance a variety of jobs associated with working in a growing food company.
This full time position is based in Baldoyle Dublin 13. The Office Manager will report to the Managing Director and works collaboratively with all staff.
The Office Manager’s main objective is to ensure the workplace runs smoothly by organising all administrative duties.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Financial – Bookkeeping; Weekly Payroll; Invoicing; Bank reconciliations; Financial and aged debtor reports; Management of debtors and creditors: Producing cash-flow forecasts; Dealing with PAYE, PRSI and VAT returns; Quarterly management accounts; Assisting external auditors on year end accounts; and providing financial reports to the MD.
• General Administrative Work – To provide all necessary support to the company in regards to filing, ordering office supplies. To provide HR administration support to the MD.
• Quality – To provide support to ensure projects are undertaken in strict accordance with the ISO Quality System and to take a key role in preparing for annual external quality audits.
• Office Support – To provide all necessary support to assist in ensuring that the office is operating to maximum efficiency, which will include preparing the necessary reports for the weekly scheduling
meetings and monthly management meetings.
