Prepare and cook high quality authentic Indian food.
Plan and design new menu and introduce new dishes.
Manage kitchen day-to-day operations and ensure food Is cooked within time.
Manage effectively to all food suppliers and also manage inventory.
Maintain HACCP compliance and create awareness in work place
Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed from storage, through to preparation and service.
Ensure all kitchen equipment are working in order.
Co-Ordinate with all departments within company.
